Feedback

When you send feedback, FlagSearch sends your message and the technical information shown in the message field. This may include device model, iOS version, app version, language/region, timezone, and screen size. You can edit or delete this information before sending.

Personal Information

Do not include sensitive personal information in feedback. We use feedback only to investigate bugs, improve the app, and reply if you include contact details yourself.

Storage and Sharing

Feedback is delivered to the FlagSearch support channel. We do not sell feedback data. We may keep feedback as long as needed to fix issues and improve the app.

App Data

FlagSearch stores learning progress and app preferences on your device. If cloud sync, purchases, notifications, or third-party services are used, those services may process data according to their own policies.

Photo Recognition

If you choose to identify a flag from a photo, the selected image is processed entirely on your device using on-device AI. Photos are never uploaded to our servers, shared with third parties, or used to train AI models. Images may be stored temporarily in the app's local cache to improve performance and are removed automatically when no longer needed.
